She was predeceased by: her parents, B. F. Woodall and Nola Woodall; her brothers, Howard, Alton, Lendon and Terry Woodall; her son Stanley Holaway (Red); the father of her children W. W. Holaway; her daughter-in-law Francine Holaway; and her close friend Bobbie Butler.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Holaway, Diane Holaway Marshall, Karen Davis (Hiram Stone) and Cindy Holaway Davis (Johnny); her grandchildren, Amy, Staci, Emily and Will; her brothers, Tom Woodall (Shirley) and Bruce Woodall (Pattye); and her sister-in-law Faye Woodall. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials, the family request that donations be made to your favorite charity.
