He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John D., Helen McCormick, Ray and Betty Swindall; his sister Serena Miller; his aunt Angelia Swindall; and his uncles, Rickey and Steven Swindall.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Swindall Miller; his sisters, Acie Morris (Mark), Kira and Raena Miller; his stepsiblings, Brandy Homesley, Daniel, Deke, Giovanni (Nadia) and Matisse Miller (Brooke); his niece Lindsey Talton (Gunnar); his nephew Jacob Smith (Kasie); his uncle Bill Swindall (Rebecca); his pet Diesel; and also Alan McCormick.
