He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Sanders; and his parents, Martha Cole Sanders and Jessie Sanders. He is survived by: his daughter Cassaundra Clements (Charles); his grandchildren, Susan Kent, Sarah Sanders (Eric Rudell), Destiny Clements, Jesse Roberson, Justus Clements and Joshua Stufflebeam; his siblings, Barbara Smith, Becky Smith and Denverd Sanders (Sandy); and his great grandchildren, Umar Wilcox and Julius Kent. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers.
