She is survived by: her children, Scott Owen Dowdell III of Rhode Island and Hailey Elizabeth Raine Rasco of Gadsden; her mother Mary Lynn Orgovan; her brother James Frank Orgovan; her stepmother Kathy Orgovan; her nephews, Micheal Orgovan and Cameron Rasco; and her niece Madison Rasco. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
