He is survived by: his wife June; his children, David Payne (Carol), Ken Payne (Leslie), Barry Payne, Todd Payne, Shanna Webb (Barry) and Dee Kocur (Joe); his siblings, Corky Payne and Jane Matlock; and his sister-in-law Gina Payne.
