David Lee Bruce Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Lee Bruce (Gadsden, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Lee Bruce; his parents, Roy Bruce and Lorea Bruce; his siblings, Jerry Bruce and Sandra Lanham; and his granddaughter Sasha Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Dwayne Bruce and Anita Kelley (Tim); his daughter-in-law Stacy Arledge; his grandchildren, James Bruce (Chasity), Matt Bruce (Derrica), Bruce Kelley (Taylor), Corey Kelley (Madison), Steven Dey (Carrie) and David Dey; his sister Joyce Lynn (Larry); his sisters-in-law, Claudia Bruce and Karen Shockley (Rick); his mother-in-law Florence Rains; his grandsons, Blake DeVine and Evan Kell; his nieces and nephews, Chosen, Don, Becky Martin, Tara, Jeffrey, Brodie and Ellie; and also Katie Brackett (Scott). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Crestwood Funeral Home (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903).
