He is survived by: his wife Toby Osborne; his children, Stacey Yates, David Scott Osborne, Vicki Bright (Chuck Phillips) and Brandi Adams; his grandson Noah Yates; his brother Steve Osborne (Jannice); and his sister-in-law Sherri Alford of Renea Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and all his firefighter brothers and sisters.
