He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Coffey and Shirley Hunter Coffey; his brothers-in-law, Tommy Pettit and Bobby Jaggers; his sister Vickey Pettit; his grandparents, Willie Box Coffey and J. C. Coffey; his parents-in-law, Willie Jaggers and Herman Jaggers; and his stepmother Marie Coffey.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Coffey; his children, Lenn Coffey (Mandy) and Cassie Blocker (Jason); his brother Mark Coffey (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Garrett Pentecost (Carrie), Kaleb Pentecost (Callie), Andrue Blocker, Hunter Blocker, Zachary Coffey, Lucy Coffey, Sura Ruiz, Camden Huff, Graham Pentecost and Fisher Pentecost.
