He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Palmer; his parents, Bervil Davis and Agnes Davis; and his siblings, Dwight Davis and Jean Owen.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Richardson (Butch) and Mike Davis (V. V.) of Gadsden; his grandchildren, Joel Davis (Claire) of Homewood, Hannah Warwick (Ryan) of Rainbow City and Seth Richardson (Allison) of Gadsden; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Nico, Benjamin Davis, Ella Mae, Emma, Wyatt, Daniel Richardson, Gideon and Zebulun Warwick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
