She is survived by: her children, Rita Thornton and Mark Thornton; her grandchildren, Scott Thornton, Joshua Thornton Alexandria Alalabama and Teela Bonner; her great grandchild Aubrey Bonner; her brother Elmer; and her sister-in-law Peggy Simpson of Huntsville Alabama. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
