With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Morris Liggan (Gadsden, Alabama), born in Ragland, Alabama, who passed away on January 9, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Ellen and Claude Liggan (Ponda Crance Liggan); and his son Craig Morris Liggan. He is survived by: his significant other Ponda; his daughter Jessica Liggan Howard (Jay); his grandchildren, Carson Morris Liggan, Davis Wesley Liggan, Ella Kate Howard and Betsy Crance Howard; his brother Barry Liggan (Donna); and his cousin Charles Liggan (Belle). He is also survived by other cousins, nieces and nephews.
