He was predeceased by: his father Charles H. Lindsley Jr.; and his wife Lisa Lindsley. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Armstrong; his children, Shawna, Kari Sue, Justin, Nathan and Beth; his grandson Tony; and his siblings, Debi (Bill), Kelly (Mike), Christina (David), Michael, Jeff, Carol and Mary. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers: donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Projects or Glencoe VFW.
