He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph and Bobbie Lou Dixon; his brothers, W. C. Dixon of Howelton and Keith Dixon of Walnut Grove; and his sister-in-law Paula Dixon.
He is survived by: his siblings, Myra Lou Tidwell of Arab, Mary Burton of Altoona, Barrett Dixon (Trena) of Foley, Ted Dixon of Aurora and John (Judy) of Gallant; and his sister-in-law Annie Dixon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
