It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Clayton Parham (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. "Duley" Parham and Vestie Whited Parham (Dorothy Strawn Parham); his wife Elizebeth Anne Parham; his son Donnie Parham Norton; his grandson Samual Wade Norton; his siblings, Dennis Parham, Johnny Parham, Louise Parham Varnedore, Katherine Parham Naler, Sula May Parham Webb and Ada Lee Parham Conklin; and his granddaughter Kortney Blake Patton.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Parham (Cindy), Randy Parham (Jill) and Scott Parham (Rachel); his daughter-in-law Kathy Norton; his brother Louie Parham; and his grandchildren, Jeff Norton, Michael Parham (Kay), Hillary Bielefeldt (Justin), Shay Patton (Jon) and Blake Parham (Angelina). He is also survived by Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
