She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bill Billingsley; her children, Amy Usry, Kellie Bussey (Josh), Rhonda Wittek (Phil), Logan McGraw (Brooke) and Eugene Billingsley (Karen); and her sisters, Betty Allen and Beverly Whiteport (Ronnie). She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
