In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carol had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Carol may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy John and Mamie Ruth St. John; her husband Dwight S Benson Jr.; and her sister Margaret Chambers. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Benson and Kirstie Edwards (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Jared and Katie Edwards. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other special family and friends.
