She was predeceased by: her mother Jane B. McCartney; her nephew John L. McCartney; and her cousin Dr. Erich Wouters. She is survived by: her son John Patrick Baker (Jessica); her brothers, Michael Henry McCartney (Lisa) and John Timothy McCartney (Laura); her sister-in-law Joy Dawson; her nieces and nephews, Frances Delight McCartney, Natalie Jane McCartney Colegrove (Sam), Michael Bailey McCartney II, William Timothy McCartney (Kathryn), Molly Alma McCartney Mathews (Alex) and Mary Margaret McCartney; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael David, Gabriel Jonathan Colegrove, Mary Kennedy and McCartney Ann Mathews; her cousin Dr. Ben Wouters; her former husband Kenny Baker; and her fiancé Jimmy Epling.
