He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. Powell and Polly D. Powell. He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Dugger; his son-in-law Ryan Dugger; his cousin Donna Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Rhea and Riddic Colton Dugger.
