He was predeceased by: his wife Susie; his daughter Melanie Hartline; his great grandchild Lennox Herren; and his brother Donald Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Holmes (Randy); his grandchildren, Drew Allen (Brittany), Clay Allen (Cynthia), Paige Herren (Eric), Raegan Dale (Saige), Rosie Hartline, Angela Hartline and Lexie Hartline; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Brenley, Ellie, Eleanor, Lynna and Ellis; his siblings, Ann Vise (Jackie) and John Quinn (Sara); his sister-in-law Willodine Quinn (Donald); his son-in-law Billy Hartline; and his close friend Evelyn Bellew. He is also survived by many cousins nieces and nephews.
