She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Ralph Malone; her parents, Dewey H. Whisenant and Velma Naylor Whisenant; and her siblings, Arnold Whisenant of Vera Stephens, W. C, Thomas Whisenant and Wanda Dean Whisenant.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Malone (Mayra), Steven Naylor Malone (Lee) and LeAnne McDaniel (Steve); her grandchildren, Leslie Carter (Rory), Lindsey Budd (Paul), Mary-Margaret Howell (Corey), Thomas Malone and Lindsey Naylor Malone; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Liam, Rory, Lily, Chloe Carter, Bennett Budd and Caroline Howell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
