She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bynum and Hildia Bynum; and her brother Larry Bynum. She is survived by: her husband Fletcher Ray; her daughter Amy Maise (Joey); her grandsons, Andrew Maise (Robin) and Julian Maise (Harlie); her great grandchildren, Cliff and Kate Butler; her siblings, Carolyn Jester and Jerry Bynum (Gala); and her caregiver Angela.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 1402 Kyle Avenue, Gadsden, AL 35901.
