She was predeceased by: her parents, Macon M. Davis and Eva Leigh Davis (Johnston); her husband Joseph M. Butler; and her son Gregory Neal Butler. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Honeycutt; her grandson Thomas L. Honeycutt II; and her great grandchild Thomas L. Honeycutt III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crestwood Cemetery (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35901).
