Alton Gulledge Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2025, at the age of 78, Alton Gulledge (Gadsden, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Eugene Gulledge and Margie Irene Coffey Gulledge; and his siblings, Donald Gulledge (Elouise) and Martha Nell Avans (Judd). He is survived by: his wife Virginia McCollum Gulledge; his children, Perry Gulledge (Wanda), Penny Perry (Michael) and Emily Hefner (Zac); his grandchildren, Kaleigh Pledger, Lexy Gulledge, Noah Hefner, Katherine Perry, Madison Perry Scott, Misha Robison and Christopher Cox; and his great grandchild Wilson Gulledge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
