He is survived by: his wife Debbie Outlaw; his son Macky Outlaw (Becky); his siblings, Lucritia Gilbert, Argolis Bouldin, Sandy Skelton and Wayne Outlaw; and his grandchildren, Emily and Reagan Outlaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
