She is survived by: her husband William Larry Blackwell; her children, Dana Mitchell (Danny) and William Blackwell (Amberly); her siblings, Juanita Gorham, Harold Beck (Retha) and Terry Beck; and her grandchildren, Taylor Yarbrough, Allison Blackwell and Colton Mitchell.
