He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Phillips and Nellie Mae Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Morrison, Donna Tinsley, Kevin Phillips, Randy Phillips and Greg Phillips. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
