He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Bailey and Ollie Mae Bailey; his siblings, Aubra and Mintie Sue; his daughter Palma Dean (Pam); his great grandchildren, Brylie Claire and Elzie Jean; his wife Elzie Dean Bailey; his children, Randy Bailey (Beverly) and Pam Simpson (Clayborn); his grandchildren, Jillian Wooden (Scotty), Brandi Bynum (Jason) and Bradley Simpson (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Ollie May Bailey and Aubra Bailey. He was also cherished by his parents, siblings and a slew of friends.
