He is survived by: his wife Jackie Morrison Cowart; his daughters, Rhonda Fields (Mark), Wendy Cowart (Jean), Stephanie Evans (Chris) and Toni Cowart (Scott); and his siblings, David Cowart (Dorothy), Dale Cowart (Darlene) and Michelle McCutchen (Kenon). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
