It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Putman of Fyffe, Alabama, who passed away on February 16, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Putman, Sr. and Lillie Mae Putman; and his siblings, Imogene Sheppard, Hilda Hunt, Christine Cox, Lewis Putman, Jr., William Howard "Bunky" Putman and Bill Putman.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Putman; and his brothers, Robert Putman, Johnny Wayne Putman and Ricky Putman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
