She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludie Gann and Mae Gann; her husband Etheridge Cook; and her siblings, Gladys Walker, Dorothy Blakeney, Garl Gann, Leon Gann and Arnold Gann.
She is survived by: her daughter Daris Cook; and her siblings, Bob Gann and Olene Tyler. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
