He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carroll and Mary Ellen Gann; and his mothers-in-law, Bernice and Rena Hubbert. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Gann; his daughter Lori Mayfield (Keith); his grandchildren, Trent Mayfield (Abby) and Karlee Mayfield; and his sister Carol Ellen Nix (Tommy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
