She was predeceased by: her husband David Smith; her parents, Thomas Clevenger and Ruth Clevenger; her grandson Zachary Smith; and her siblings, Thomas, Jr. and Sandra.
She is survived by: her children, William Smith (Tiffany), Todd Smith (Traci) and Karri Hensley; her siblings, Debbie Hallman and Greg Clevenger; and her friend Raymond Ruple. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
