He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Albert Dillard; his siblings, Larry C. Dillard and Joyce V. Dillard; his son David Daniel Dillard; his stepdaughters, Melissa Cassaday and Lacey Waites; his mother Frances Dillard; and his brother Bryan Dillard. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
