He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Donald Moore, Sr. and Evelyn Smith Moore. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Moore; his daughter Jill Meredith; his grandsons, Henry Meredith and Oliver Meredith; his sister Carol Weathersby (Paul); and his grandchildren, Justin Moore, Chase Moore (Tiffany), Zoyee Moore, Carson Moore and Declan Moore. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
