He is survived by: his wife Keely Kilpatrick; his children, Mallory Gayton (Brian), Brooks Gayton (Roxanne) and Shane Kilpatrick; his grandchildren, Layla, Skyla and Sadie Jo; his sister Joyce Merritt (Jerry); and his aunt Margaret Reeves.
