She is survived by: her husband David Wells; her children, Kirk Walker (Dari), Whitney Walker, Layne Walker (Sonya) and Doree Nelson (Tony); her stepdaughters, Pamela Groover (Dave) and Angie Stutts (Chad); her grandchildren, Amanda Absher (Charlie), Walker (Amanda), Gavin Walker and Presley Walker; and her stepgrandchildren, Anna Groover, Thomas Groover, Sam Stutts and Avery Stutts. She is also survived by great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
