She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Locke; and her son Richard Locke. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Locke (Tina), Ralph Locke and Marilyn Washburn (Ken); her grandchildren, Matt Washburn (Mary), Jeremy Chandler (Adrian), Meghan Heimke (Ryan), Tiffany Bridges (Cody), Brandon Locke (Erica) and Michael Washburn; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Wesley, June, Olivia, Ellie, Owen and Brody. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
