It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie Summerlin Kuykendall of Fultondale, Alabama, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Earl Kuykendall; her parents, Lee Roy and Mildred "Mit" Summerlin; and her brothers, Charlie "Pinky" Summerlin and Robert "Bob" Summerlin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Lee Summerlin (Christie), Ginger Whitworth (Heath) and Cyndi Calhoun (Chuck); her children, Donna Roi Martin (Chris) and Robert David Kuykendall (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Crystal Tubbs, Maddie Seay (Carson) and Cade Kuykendall.
In lieu of flowers, Dixie requested donations to the North Jefferson Baptist Association's CARING Center.
