He is survived by: his wife Janet Moore Underwood; his sons, Matthew Underwood and Brandon; his daughter-in-law Miranda Underwood; his grandchildren, Jarrod, Haley and Dallas Underwood; and his siblings, Virginia Brown and Charles Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
