She is survived by: her children, Jean Childers (Kenneth), DeWayne Lanning (Sandra) and Annette Wickert (Steve); her grandchildren, Krissy Deerman (Chip), Stephanie Childers, Amy Goodwin (Wesley), Gina Early, Jason Childers (Kaylinn) and Jennifer Wickert; her great grandchildren, Christian Deerman, Michael Goodwin, Kaylee Deerman, Lexi Early, Gabriel Goodwin and Axel Deerman; and her siblings, Vera Jennings and Herman Wills (Kay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Chapel Funeral Home (1200 Ellard Rd, Fultondale, AL 35068). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens (1200 Ellard Rd, Fultondale, AL 35068).
