She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Bailey and Lona Bailey; her son Kelly Shuttlesworth; her son-in-law Tom Smith; and her husband Thomas Shuttlesworth.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Smith; her sisters, Jane Carlisle, Geraldine Brooks and Kay Pharris; her grandchildren, Kellie Morton (Brent), Sean Shuttlesworth, Eli Smith (Sharona) and Erik Shuttlesworth; and her great grandchildren, Braylon, Chandler, Ella Jane, Baylor, Wyatt, Bronx, Carley Ann, Anna Claire, Tyler, Airyanne, Natalie and Abby. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
