He is survived by: his wife Angela Fain; his children, Jessica Annette Fain, Brittany Elizabeth Wallace (Matthew), Laura Nicole Davis, Nathan Davis (Whitney) and Nickey James Ethan Fain, Jr.; his siblings, Ricky Lee Fain (Nancy), Regina Barnes (Andre) and Ann Purington; and his grandchildren, James Dale Fain, Brody Michael Fain and Aubrey Lin Gras. He is also survived by his friends and family.
