Iver P. Sheffield Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate Iver P. Sheffield of Fruithurst, Alabama, whose life came to an end on January 14, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Iver may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Iver touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Sheffield, Jr.; and her siblings, Carolyn Bracken, Roy Pruitt and Robert Pruitt. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Pryor (Chris) and Spencer Sheffield (Rebecca); her sister Betty Williamson; and her great grandchildren, Blake Pryor, Dillion Floyd, Kaleb Wright, Tyler Davis and Andrew Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church (1795 Co Rd 80, Muscadine, AL 36269). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
