She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bell and Doris Bell; her husband Freddie Charles Brooks; her sons, Rodney Dean Bell, Kevin Scott Bell and Kyle Eugene McCollum; her brother Gerald Bell; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Hare, Teresa Bell and Cathy Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Misty Skinner (Kevin); her siblings, Yvonne Daniel, Betty Hare, Juanita Verner (Larry), Dennis Bell and Larry Bell; her grandchildren, Cody Bell (Katlynn), Karissa Wimpee (Grayson) and Kaden Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Grace Wimpee, Stetson Wimpee and Brayden Bell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
