He was predeceased by: his wife Verlia Middleton; his parents, Johnnie Middleton and Rosa Mae Middleton; and his siblings, Vivian Cook, Loraine Etheridge, Catherine McKenzie, Eloise Lowrey, Doris Jaye, Harold Middleton, Liston Middleton and Glenn Middleton.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Alan Middleton (Daphne) of Vocation, Wendell Morgan Middleton of Monroeville and Beverly Denise Carter (Harris) of Vocation; and his sisters, Mickey Brown of Vocation and Becky Pope (Tim) of Grand Bay. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
