With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sue Elaine Starr of Frisco City, Alabama, born in Albertville, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Handley Bailey and Corrie Pike Bailey; her husband Albert Frank Starr; her sons, Albert Ray Starr, George Wayne Starr and Gene Allen Starr; and her sisters, Ann Walsh and Jean Stanfield.
She is survived by: her children, William Frank Starr (Jamie Jelinek-Starr) of Summerdale and Terry Starr Mayo (Alfred) of Oakdale, LA; and her grandchildren, Austin Starr, Brady Starr, Walker Starr, Grant Starr, Grace Starr, Allen Murphy, John Paul Murphy, Gunter Starr and Mason Starr. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
