He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Raymond and Ellen Raymond; his son Ronald James Raymond; and his grandson Matthew James Raymond. He is survived by: his close friend Lois Sanks of Bay Minette; his sons, Robert Raymond of Mexia and Ricky Raymond of Frisco City; and his grandchildren, Brian Raymond and Hannah Raymond.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Monroeville American Legion.
