He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Faye Fountain; and his stepmother Linda Green Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Amy Faulk Fountain of Chelsey; his father Kenneth M. Fountain (Diane) of Frisco City; and his sons, William Robert "Will" Fountain of Chelsey and Charles Barrett Fountain of Chelsey.
