He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert McMillan and Bessie Mae Moye McMillan; his siblings, Hartwood McMillan, Garvin McMillan, Delford McMillan, Ruthie Smith and Irene Willis; and his daughter Lisa Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Burgess McMillan of Wildfork; his daughters, Jade McMillan of Excel, Terrie Johnson of Mexia and Wendy Moye of Flomaton; and his siblings, Andy Burgess of Wildfork and Eunice English of Flomaton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
