He is survived by: his sons, Frank Farias (Tracy) of Richmond, VA, Thomas James Farias (Cindi) of Richmond, VA and James Anthony Farias (Lisa) of Richmond, VA; his stepsons, Ronnie Whatley (Connie) of Perdido, AL and Donnie Whatley, Jr. of Frisco City, AL; and his siblings, Bruce Farias of New Bedford, MA, Deborah Fomo of New Bedford, MA and Cindy Almadia (Brian) of Acushnet, MA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
